FAQ

Common questions.

How long does therapy last?

Sessions are 50 minutes. Most clients attend weekly for 3–12 months depending on their goals, though some benefit from shorter or longer engagements.

What can I expect in a first session?

Your first session is an intake — your therapist will ask about your history, current concerns, and goals. It's a conversation, not an interrogation. You're in control of what you share.

Does therapy work for trauma and PTSD?

Yes. We use evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Trauma-Focused CBT, which have strong clinical evidence for trauma and PTSD recovery.
