She gave me the tools I needed to grow.

Katrina is an amazing therapist and honestly so glad my friend pushed me to do therapy and also glad I found this place too. My life has definitely changed for the best doing therapy and Katrina was part of that. She gave me the tools I needed to grow and handle life in a completely different way.

She leads with wisdom and solution-focused tools.

I have worked with Katrina for many years now — I can attest that she is a highly skilled and experienced, caring therapist to work with. She is professional and genuine and leads with wisdom and solution-focused tools that have been really impactful in my life. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

She is patient, human, and really listens.

Katrina helped put me back together mentally after I suffered a hemorrhagic stroke 10 years ago, and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She is patient, human, and really watches and listens for little clues that might need paying attention to. She's fantastic to work with!

She truly changed my life.

My therapy journey has been such a rollercoaster of emotions and truly life-altering, but the experience wouldn't have been as impactful without Katrina. She truly changed my life. She has such a great balance of rooting for you while also calling you out to help you grow. It's all done with so much grace and empathy. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking support in navigating life's challenges.

How These Were Gathered

There are only a few reviews here, on purpose.

A therapy practice can collect testimonials the way a restaurant does. We have chosen not to, and it is worth saying why rather than letting a short page look like a quiet one.

  1. Never during the work

Nobody is asked for a review while they are in therapy here. The relationship is not an equal one, and a request from a therapist is not a request a client can easily decline.

  2. Once, at the end, with a caution

When a course of therapy closes, clients are told where a review can be left if they want to — alongside the reminder that a public review is a public statement, and that it can be traced back to the person who wrote it.

  3. Nothing offered in exchange

No discounts, no session credit, no incentives of any kind. Every review on this page was written by someone who chose to, well after their work here was finished.

A short page of real ones is worth more than a long page of managed ones.
